About Premier

Cleaning Is the Service. Accountability Is the Difference.

Premier Cleaners of Upstate New York, LLC is a strong, growing local company raising the bar for commercial cleaning performance in Rochester. Clients know what is expected, what is being cleaned, and who handles it when something needs attention.

Our story

Founded by Donald Hunter in 2019.

Donald started in the cleaning industry in 2008, training at a local hospital. A commercial cleaning firm later hired him as an area supervisor, and he rose to district manager and then regional manager.

He built Premier Cleaners of Upstate New York, LLC from a single account, a local manufacturing company, and the business has grown every year since.

Today Premier is family-run (Donald's son recently joined the business), but the way it works hasn't changed. Clients work directly with Donald: he visits regularly to walk through and inspect the work, and every concern goes to him.

How the relationship works

A Client Always Knows Who Handles the Account.

  • Know the plan. The scope is shaped by the facility's priorities and what needs attention.
  • Know who to reach. Questions and concerns go directly to Donald, who handles every one himself.
  • Know the crew. Low turnover keeps crews consistent, and a well-paid, recognized team stays with the work.
  • Know the plan can change. Facilities evolve, and the cleaning relationship can respond when priorities change.

Accountability in practice

The Details Stay Connected to the Relationship.

Good commercial cleaning is not only a list of tasks. It is the steady discipline of understanding the facility, following the agreed scope, and keeping communication close when priorities change.

That is why Premier pairs the work itself with direct accountability for the client experience, built on reliability, integrity, and rock-solid performance.

Start With a Direct Conversation.

Tell Premier about the facility, what is working, and what needs to improve. The next step is a walk-through and a cleaning scope built around the building.
